Zanatos, Power House Bowling has an excellent website which you should check. The company offers a wide range of products. I personally like "Clean n Dull" which is a pretty effective cleaner for most balls but especially for balls with more porous coverstocks where you want something deeper. You should find a Power House product for most balls in your arsenal.
I'd suggest that Clean and Dull is the king of the cleaners, but it is so strong, unless you are using a dull oil sucker on a lot of oil every day, you should only use it every 3 or 4 outings. It almost seems to pull oil from the just below the surface. It is also so strong that I almost always use gloves when I apply it.
Adrenaline wipes are another great Powerhouse ball conditioner. However, it is NOT a cleaner. Use it when your ball is starting to lose hook and hitting power. It's intent is to restore a small degree of oil absorbing ability until you can do a thorough oil extraction.
There are few really useless ball cleaners (the only one I found was Ultimate's Ultra Clean, which is so mild I use it to clean fingerprints off light switches and other dirt on walls.); most just vary in their ability to remove dirt and oil. Isopropyl alcohol is the only cleaner people use that seems a waste of time to me. It removes some dirt but no oil and no much of anything else. Best use is to clean inserts.
