« on: February 11, 2007, 12:44:23 PM »
I have a hammer power diesel and bad luck in trying to hook  it in the pocket. i watch the bowlers on tv and try to copy the form they use to help me with my bowling. either i can't do it right or my grip form is all wrong. i would like to know how should i have my hand on the ball to make it hook better?

Without knowing what conditions you are bowling on, and seeing you throw the ball, this will be impossible to diagnose.  Remember the pros bowling on different conditions than we do week to week.

I would find a good pro shop in your area and go see them.  They will be able to help you solve the issues you are having.

Check out this site. It's got tons of very useful info. If all else fails, get a coach.
