I recently had my PAP "officialy" measured and found out that I am 6 1/4" over. That translates to a high track and lots of forward roll. If I wanted to lower my track a bit and get the ball to go further down the lane, would changing my pitches help me in that?? If so, what types of changes would I have to make?

Rock77 -- At 6 1/4" over you are close to being a full roller. Your track must almost clip both the thumb and finger holes. Your profile doesn't give your current pitches. In general, ptich changes will not force your track to change, but can make it easier to do so. You will still have to bring your hand around the side of the ball to lower the track. If you want to try a pitch change, increase the right lateral thumb pitch. If you go far enough, it will "lock" your thumb in the hole unless you rotate your hand. -- JohnP
