Alright, Right now this was just a crazy idea but here it goes. As some of you heard I did a few podcasts awhile back, but quite honestly, we couldn't really find a way to get the show going. I stumbled across www.Ustream.tv and it hit me. What if we did a weekly Video show, LIVE, from the bowling alley, using my wireless card. The show could cover all kinds of things, but I thought it would be really cool to do like mini tournaments and stuff. Kind of like and extremely amateur version of the PBA...LOL... Anyway, I have all of the hardware required to pull it off. The site even allows me to run 2 cameras and switch back and forth. I would have one static camera and one floating around for various shots. I have an 8 channel mixer, so I can run 8 headsets with mics if I wanted. I even have a wireless system to run one mic wireless. I know everyone at the alley, so they wouldn't care and would probably let us do this after hours if we wanted. Lastly, there is a live chat room open so that people watching could communicate with hosts. I just thought is was an interesting idea, although it would take some time to work out the kinks. Any thoughts? suggestions?
