The answer was off base, but it's amazing to see guys that without the knowledge wanting to put holes in the ball. A lot of people as he stated doesn't have a clue what it takes to become an experienced ball driller. I had a guy trying to cut corner and brought me his ball he plugged with body filler. He had a mess and didn't even clean the grip material from the finger holes. The holes were still rounded and he wanted me to fix his mess. I did, but I told him that it would be more cause of the extra work of cleaning up his mess. He apologized and said he thought he could do it himself and drill it with his hand drill. There's a pretty awesome youtube video where a guy actually shows how to drill a ball with a hand drill . . and spends about 3 or 4 times as much as he would just taking it to a shop, not to mention taking 2 or 3 hours to do something I could do for him in 20 minutes haha.
