lol i knew u you could do it, the lanes were actually fine, and im still working on the popping i have a pretty good approach 40 percent of the time, i guess ill have to work a little or a lot more on the little walter ray thing ive got going on over there

   Let me first say that I love your backswing, very smmoth and effortless. And just a tip to let you know when you are bent over, try to post after every shot, a good example of this is Norm Duke.  Now if you aren't bent over you can stand there until the ball gets to the pocket, if not your bent over you'll keep popping up.  Now to stop bending over BEND YOUR KNEES.  During your appraoch bend further and further, that way your not just trying to drop down at the foul line.  And one last thing, ditch the sneakers, you might think that you like planting now, but a few years down the road you knees prolly won't.
