Well for me, im starting to travel around australia again bowling seriously, so i wouldnt mind making MOST of the cuts, and a couple of top 3 finishes would be good. Bowling 1 league, at a moderatly difficult center, i aim to average at least 205, and win the league with my doubles partner.
What about everyone else?
good luck and high scoring

Goal for 2004...get more involved in league bowling and to raise my average to 200.
-
I want the City Tournament team title and a 300/800.
-
My goals...
1. Increase knee bend
2. Increase consistency
3. Practice on harder shots
If I can do those 3, I think I have a chance of completing some other mini-goals, like shooting a dang honor score

The THING!

My bowling goals for 2004 (in no particular order):
1. bowl another 300 game (with a Buzzsaw this time)
2. bowl an 800 series
3. post a 175 average on our sport condition
4. be the top point taker in our league
5. come through in the clutch when my team needs me to

Well I just got a new ball(Hammer Blade), so...
1. Increase consistency (was pretty inconsistent first league night using it)
2. Help my team win the 2nd half (we won the first half)
3. Get a few more 600's (I have only one this year, but this is my first year bowling...)

1. BIG LOFTY GOAL....book another duece like last year.
2. Maintain my 197-8 I have now
3. Don't get down on myself so quickly..better overall mental game
4. KEEP LEARNING and NEVER give up !

1. Make more time for practice.
2. Break the OR state record for high women's series (815 - mine is 811)
3. Shoot at least two legs of a 900.
4. Make high women's average in town this year.
Oh, yeah. The biggie. IF we start having regionals again in the northwest - my FIRST regional title.

I would like to be a better father to my kids that are getting older and need more of my attention.I just don't feel like I spend enough time with them or the wife. Its not bowling that puts a strain on my family but my work and wifes schedule always conflict each other. When I am bowling my family is right thier with me except for travel league.I believe after this season I will probably cut down to one league and see how that goes.
As for bowling goals I would like to cash in a few more tourneys and bowl in more for sure.Rededicate myself to perfection.
--------------------
Here to fix something I know nothing about..
-
Goals
1)Mental Stability - hold confidence in what you know. Make highs and lows blend better for greater consistency.
2)Release- work on stopping early hand turn which is throwing off the timing
3)Attack- be more agressive in shotmaking and don't aim the ball in high tension situations
4)Bowl more
Score: Let them fall as they may, do my best.
-
WIN, FIX MY PROBLEMS, WIN, WIN. HAVE FUN DOING IT!
--------------------
EVERY PIN COUNTS!
-
1. Hire a coach.
2. Start 4-ball arsenal (keep existing ball, get a spare ball, and 2 others)
3. practice more
4. join a league
-
1 - Increase revs. (at a good speed, I found out that I AM revolutionarily challenged, contrary to what I thought before getting a coach.)
2 - Get a knee bend,yep I stand on em.
3 - learn to use almost no muscle (probably my biggest problem.)
4 - learn to hit both marks on the same throw consistently.

I would really like to shoot consistantly well for a night or two. Something in the upper to high 700's would be great. I've shot 3 300's and my high series with them is 735. I really would like to put 3 solid games together just once.

After this shoulder surgery:
Bowl on a team that consists of the following:
Jeffrevs,10inthepit,charlest,and either mumsie or sterner? What a team!
-
I've had the same goal since I started.
Be the next guy to shoot 900.
Two 300's in a row is a minimum.
REgards,
Luckylefty
PS Don't have a 300 yet!
PPS Win another big money tournament, why just win the small stuff!
PPPS The goal of 900 is a bad one to have. As soon as I fire a 9 I'm bored, have to wait for another night to do try again.
-
1. Continue to average 190 or better in all leagues.
2. Improve spare shooting to 95% conversion rate or better.
3. Improve on trying different strike lines, hand positions and ball speeds for the changing lane conditions in leagues and tournaments.
4. Learn more about the equipment I use and the drilling/layout preparation for a more versatile bowling ball arsenal.
5. Continue to have fun bowling throughout 2004.

c:find a 15lb. NIB Blueberry Buzzsaw
d:quit smoking again
-
Improve mental game - keep positve attitude
100% single pin spare conversion
Practice, practice, practice
Make my release more consistent
