BTM delivery?
« on: April 08, 2010, 01:24:24 PM »
Anyone of the East Coast get their April issue yet?

Considering that each issue is sent to the PO from the publisher around the 15th of the previous month (April issue is sent around March 15th), my delivery of each issue is less consistent than any magazine to which I have ever subscribed. I used to get it quite regularly around the 25th - 30th of each month.

It's gotten so bad, I've gotten the last 2 issue of Bowlers' Journal since my last issue of BTM, the March issue. BJI arrives quite regularly somewhere between the 4th and the 9th of each month. I know service at the PO has gone down in recent history but this is getting ridiculous.

I'm only whining since I'm so disappointed. Now they, BTM, say "don't even bother to contact us until the 15th of the month (April)". That's 30 days after they give to the Post Office for delivery. Magazines are supposed to be 2nd class mail. This is more like 15th class.

I might not be so peeved if I didn't enjoy reading the magazine so much.

Got mine last week.  I just renewed and have no issues to report.

Got my April issue today too!  Thankfully we have the online version to read through when it's released.  This happened last month, I got the March issue on March 15th.  Hummm

Be thankful you still get a print version!  I've had two magazines(PC Magazine and CMJ NMM) I subscribed to go electronic in the past year.  I've been a BTM subscriber since 1996 and have no complaints.

I'm like three issues behind now.. don't know what the heck is going on.  Guess time to send an email and ask where my issues are.

Got mine today and as far as BTM's issues go this one was not as good as they can be.  You haven't missed much Jeff.
