Youth Bowling Tournament
« on: February 23, 2008, 03:55:20 PM »
I was looking to run a youth bowling tournament in the Tampa, FL area and was looking to see if anyone had any types of ideas for the tournament.  I was thinking of having a few handicap divisions and a scratch division.  I was thinking 3 or 4 games then cutting to some type of match play or stepladder finals.  Any suggestions on a format for the tournament or any ideas on good ways to market a youth tournament feel free to respond.  Thanks.

Get ahold of Greg at PinChasers Veterans and ask him to help you. I am sure that he would be more then happy to helpyou out with this tournament.

Will it be a sanctioned youth tournament? Get ahold of Lucy Sandelin. She is the highschool league coach and could probably help you get some entries.
