Well, IMHO it depends on what you'd call bad? It could be performance-wise, quality-wise or match-up-wise for the broad masses?
Production-wise, the 1st batches of Paradigms and Passions as well as the EPX-T1 come to my mind. For themselves, not bad balls, but the product quality killed the potential good performance impression.
The Radical Inferno is IMHO another "bad" ball, since the OOB finish only matched up for few players and therefore caused much disappointment - even though some changes of the finish would make it a pretty good ball, but for less oil than advertised (another winner in the "bad" category).
Basically, I think that "bad balls" hardly exist. It is mainly a match-up problem, of ball strength, surface and drilling for the player style, and maybe some very high expectations that the product in reality (or through inproper use) could not meet. There are always at least 2 sides to the medal
From personal experience I can tell, that I do not match up well with very low RG cores/balls, regardless of the manufacturer - and promptly I have troubles with my Awesome Finish. But I would not call the ball "bad" - it is an impressive piece, and through surface changes I was able to overcome some of the troubles I faced with the ball.
