I know many of you don't wash your bowling hand during leagues. :o :P :-\
I saw a thread on another site and this was the topic. it's true, but gross at the same time.
I don't high-five, but rather, I do more fist bumps or high five with the back of the hand...Also, I use paper towels to open doors after I wash my hands - I don't use thumb tape on the back of my thumb. I know guys who do, and don't wash their hands for sure (seen them don't do it) lol... maybe I'm wrong.....hopefully.

I'm more freaked out by the thought of using house shoes. It just gives me the uggies every time I see someone wearing them.

I do wash my hands. I see many who don't and it amazes me. Paper towels work, and so do the "jet engine" air dryers available. For those who use thumb protection tape, you can still wash your palm and other fingers carefully and keep the thumb dry for your next shot.
I admit that I'm a little bit of a clean freak. I'm okay with that. Okay, so I'm a little O.C.D. about cleanliness...
I'll likely not be the one who gives you your next cold either...

You can't really be that much of clean freak. You are still going to bowling center on a weekly basis. You might be cautious, on what you touch, but you have to pick up a bowling ball and you have to breathe. Think about it, imagine what is floating in the air at a bowling center, especially on a league night with 80-100 guys sitting next to each other.
