Guess I'll quadruple back that. Oil is something that is scarce and when you apply it people get upset. I have never understood it. People complain that there is no oil but then when they get it, they complain because their high performance ball doesnt cover 39 boards and roar to the pocket. But then,..... it's never the bowler, only the ball.
As far as golf, i was asking the same question to a friend earlier this morning about the "anchored" putter. The putter is designed in short answer to take the swing out of putting, there in turn taking the skill out of it. He also made a comparison for me of that to THS taking the skill of out bowling. The reason I asked is because the USGA is banning the "anchored" putter or working on that resolution.
2 years ago, my home house worked over that summer on a house pattern, after numerous complaints about the shot becoming "wide open" that would provide more oil in the heads and oil outside of 5. After the start of league, 3 weeks later, almost every "scratch bowler" complained about the shot because they couldnt hook the ball. It was ridiculous to see the number of bowlers who called themselves scratch bowlers complain about not being able to hook the ball from outside 5, but isnt that what you asked for?
