Yo, this is my 2nd attempt with a MoRich ball.
Wt=15lb. 4oz
Top wt= 3oz
Pin= 3"
Speed= 15-15.5mph
Revs= Medium
Condition= Synthetics, THS, late in the day w/ dry heads and plenty carrydown.
As you should know, my first dive into the world of MoRich was very scary. Picked up a 15# Hercules, which, even drilled mildly with a label/lev drill...was extremely strong. So...used the same precaution and got this one drilled similarly, label/lev. Pin to the right of ring finger by about an inch and MB in the control position, left of my thumbhole. The guy I chose to practice with, had already eaten up most of the oil on the lanes, since he'd been praticing for about an hour. He ONLY uses MoRich, and has a lot of hand.
Started playing straight up 10, down and in, with a fan release. Ball got thru the heads smooth as butter! Went straight to the hole as if it had a magnet on it! Moved in a little to see if I could swing it....Boy could I...with room to spare! No problem. Little swing...BIG HIT!! Moved in deeper to about 25. Cranked it a little, with a big swing. Big swing....BIGGER HITT!! About this time a partner of mine came over to ask what I was throwing, cause he said it seemed like I couldn't miss the pocket. I couldn't. Pretty awesome ball! Needless to say, I was impressed. Used all my releases, and the ball loved everyone of them. 45 degree, Fan, Cranker, up the back...ball responded like a champ. Shot 223 out of the box, combining inside shots with outside shots. Extremely consistent arc and breakpoint. Very easy to read. this ball is money!When I fan it, it becomes a little more angular but still hit the pocket spectacularly. Messengers were everywhere. One time it hit the pocket so hard, I thought sure that I'd counted thirteen pins being knowcked down!
This one will be a regular in my bag.
Shot 245, without really trying, primarily swinging it. Great ball MoRich! And it's got all the length that I seem to need. Can't wait to try another.
