I'm considering an awesome finish
« on: July 27, 2007, 01:54:08 PM »
so I went to the MO site and found the drill request form, filled it out and sent it in not expecting to hear back from them but was suprised to see they answered me early the next morning, very cool.
not knowing anything about the ball personally I thought about a 41/2x51/4 drill or somethin close and their suggestion was a 5 x 4 1/2 so thats not too far of of my thinking, maybe not as snappy but hey I don't know the cover.
how would this ball compare to an intense inferno?I find my intense not storeing up enough energy for the backends as much as I would like.I've also been on a strong asymetrical ball kick lately,it's been fun throwing them since I've started to understand the differences in reaction with the different m.b. placements.looking for a length/flip reaction out of this one when the shot opens up and I have some area to work with.

I'll give up my NO MERCY when they pry it from my cold dead hands.

The harder I try the harder they fall

Well, I think a proper match of the drilling with the bowler style is essential for this kind of core. From the MoRich balls I know, all work best when I can play them effortlessly. The core's desire to migrate to its PSA is so strong that any force to battle it is not a good idea. It's a sake and a bane at the same time - and confirms your impression that you cannot drill them weak enough with some good hand.

Yeah, if I want to fluff the ball, it works good. It usually gives you more than it should. Thats is another reason I like them on tougher shots. If you miss it off your hand, it usually isnt a big deal.
