awesome hook for the nationals??

i am thinking about buying an awesome hook for the nationals in reno, all opinions would be welcome

Great ball for the oily side!!  I wouldn't have any problem drilling one or tow of these for there.  Good luck out there when you go.

Yeh the hook is a perfect choice for oilier conditions like stated before!

It all depends on your game. If you like an inside line, I do not recommend wasting the money. If you plan to try and play the outside line, then a strong ball is recommended. I have found my most success with a plished Pearl Reactive ball drilled pin high over bridge and Cg out for skid/snap. Espcially in the Doubles and Singles. I never needed a particle ball at Nats. A nice Solid Reactive Resin was the most I ever needed.

The Revs is going to give you the most verstatility out of the line. It'll allow you to 'fish' a little and still get to the pocket.  I plan on bringing a couple with different layouts and different surfaces...

But, yes i do agree that the revs is most versatile though then the hook.  I have a revs and love it! Its just a great all around ball!

Yeah I bowled like crap there but Awesome Hook worked really well on the pattern they were using. Just have to make your spares I didn't
