Title: ball selection
Post by: wer4u2nv on November 01, 2007, 11:19:21 PM
I am trying to decide on a few good balls to get.  I like to play down the boards like straight down the third arrow maybe with a slight swing, then have a nice perdictable move on the backends.  I just dont want a ball that will react to early or to eratic.  I would like one ball that has a smooth predictable move and one thats skid snap.  Looking to cover medium to medium heavy.  What balls would you suggest most?  I do not care what brand they are.  I throw about 16 mphs with medium revs with a lot of forward roll.  I tried a black widow and did not like it at all.  I currently have  turbo diesel and like it a lot but it is dying

Thanks

Well since your in the Morich section, I'll say go with a Total Shock & Awe with some polish. Thats what I got now and its a very aggresive ball. I can't play up the right side with it because of the lay out but that ball with polish covers some boards on the backend.

maybe a Awesome Revs with a little polish and the right drill pattern it would be a good ball for you I play straighter with Revs than most do and it hold line like a dream when I need it to. I have it drilled pin under ring mass bias out about 3 inches.
