AFTER EVERY TIME YOU USE THE BALL............CLEAN IT W/ A CLEANER....

I use NeoTac's Liquid Nitro

Do NOT use hot water and soap! It will bleach the ball out!
..don't ask me why I know that

actually Mo recommends warm water and dish soap. Use it after every use on a spinner. Yes it does make the track area of the ball show white lines for an hour or so then it returns to the origional gray marble color.

I spray the soapy water on a 800 (gray scotch brite pad)then turn the spinner on using just the weight of my hand, takes all the dirt and surface oil off leaving the ball tacky. After every 12-15 games I use Storm's particle cleaner on it.

I found out that sweat also produces this white spot

Edit: Sweat Towel + Packing up for the day and putting the towel on the wmb + 9 1/2 hours = above statement

For the WMB.....

Use Track's Clean n Dull and a green scotchbrite pad. Apply the Clean n Dull directly onto the pad and wipe in small circular motions using very LITTLE pressure. Do this to half of the ball and let it sit for about 20 seconds, then wipe it off with a dry towel. Do the other half the same way. Once you are finished, wipe the entire ball with a damp cloth to remove any left over residue.

This is the best method!

Mine bleached out because I soaked in a bucket for an hour or so.

From reading your other post, you are using a dull particle ball on medium (at best) oil.  There is no way to expect the WMB to shine under those conditions.  I have mine at 1000 grit + Doc's Elixir.  Although the cover stays clean thanks to the Elixir, the ball is still too strong for normal league conditions.

there have been times when the ball was too strong for regular league shots ,but conversely it is also too weak for any serious volume of oil box or polished I believe this ball as i have it drilled is a Length ball for medium patterns short length at best, any thing longer than 38 feet or with carry down this ball is like a hockey puck ,and i would be fine with that except that this is one of the highest rated balls out right now,for heavy oil.
