Title: Color Blem?

Is this WMB a color blem or is this a different version?  I was just browsing e-bay and found it.

Not really a blem, just has a blotch of phasing instead of streaks...

It looks to me like its just a bad photo: way too much flash too close to the ball, but still, it does seem to be a bit bluish, doesn't it?
