Any on here have the original black Colossus? More Importantly did anyone polish it up and use it on drier lanes? What type of reaction did you get from box and polish?

I have one lined up and am thinking about picking it up, thx to all who contribute.

I highly doubt it will be for dry lanes but have one and have not thrown it in 2 years or so, I guess it would easily to make it weaker by drilling it weak and polishing it way up.

Back in the day this ball opened up the lane for me about 5-6 extra boards on mediums, it is an older cover now so maybe it would somewhat deader than back then.

Send a pm to kotm. He can make these balls do anything, almost literally. It can handle drier lanes without polish. Don't ask me. Ask him. But know your PAP, ball speed, tilt, etc and the the oil pattern/amount before talking to him.
