Title: Difference: Hercules vs. Onslaught
Post by: crankncrash on April 04, 2004, 10:41:27 AM
I know the cores are differnt and the Onslaught is a lighter load partical.. if anybody actually knows what the difference in reactions would be i would be appreciate it.  I like the Onslaught but i am wondering if the herc would handle carry down better and or more oil.. I like the flip reaction I'm not big on the arc.  I was thinking of going with a light polish on the onslaught and using it on my heavier shots. OR maybe a well polished mayhem is inline i don't know. NOBODY throws them around here, but i want a morich ball. whats the recomendations?  Basicly i am looking for an oil ball that i can polish and use as a med heavy ball, or a med-heavy ball that will allow for sanding and handle more oil.. Either way they MUST take care of carry down on med-heavy

have both the onslaught is a better choice the solid/pearl shell on the hercules to me sometimes wants to skate through the breakpoint. I have a duller onslaught and it rolls up well on more oil and handles carrydown well. I hope this helps a little good luck in your choice.

according to king of the mill......he said if you were to have both balls on the same lane condition throwing back to back, drilled the same, the OnSlaught would be a tad longer and stronger on the back...
