Drilling these balls in the manner in which you posted here is not advisable. In other words, if your driller uses your fingers and thumb holes in reference to the pin and mass bias, your taking a chance. The proper way to drill equipment, especially strong asyms, is with reference to your pap (positive axis point). This point takes into account how you come out of the ball, which effects the track circumference and the angle of the track.
As far as the differences between Brunswick and Morich:
All Morich is asymetrical, while only the Brunswick asymetric line and Twisted Fury are asyms.
Morich uses three plane asyms, whereas Brunswick uses two plane asyms with their asym series. This changes possible layouts and makes the balls more drilling specific.
This being said, both are asyms, so while I would not guarantee a comperable reaction, there is some support for such and I don't figure that you'll have a problem. If you want to try more exotic layouts, I'd definatly find someone that can find your pap and understands tilt the other factors that change ball reaction.
