Being that you are using symmetrical stuff, I think putting the ball 2 inches to the midline with your PAP is going to get the ball rolling too soon. It tends to lead to a roll out type of backend reaction. I think if you want the ball to rev quicker,go pin 3 inches above midline, adjust your pin to PAP distances. If you want "sharp break", layouts like 5 x 3 using the target weighting for a weight hole will give you a good backend reaction. I do not think that pins down below your fingers are going to give you the reaction you are looking for. If your PAP was more like 4 > 1/2^, pin below would help you out. Once you get to 5 inches and longer from PAP, need to get the pin above the fingers to help conserve energy for that "sharp break" on the backend.
