How is this different from Torgerson's degree system which he has explained in BTM from time-to-time?

Torgeson, to my knowledge, doesn't include the second angle.

Torgeson:

1) Drilling Angle
2) Pin-PAP

Mo:

1) Drilling Angle
2) Pin-PAP
3) pin-PAP line to VAL angle
