I e-mailed Morich on a drilling layout for a WMB that I purchased. I got a personal e-mail from Fred Carrol Jr (Director of Technical Services) of Morich asking for information like my PAP, arc length of initial track and initial axis rotation and I got those with the help of my ball driller. I then got two drilling layout suggestions from Fred. The first drill did not work for me so I e-mailed Fred again and he called me personally and then continued to help me via e-mail. I know that the Track staffers are very responsive but this is almost unheard of when a company director personally helps out a bowling nut like me. I have read stories of good customer service but this one tops them all. I will buy another Morich product in a heartbeat due to Fred's assistance and personal touch. Has anybody else experienced this wonderful customer service from Morich?
