Got mt S&A drilled today.
« on: June 10, 2005, 11:19:35 AM »
Went with the sharp break point drill for low track players. I was a bit worried when I saw the MB so close to the thumb. My track is 4" over and 5/8" down so I think thats why it worked out that way. I took it out to the lanes and wasn't very imressed. The cover was a bit dull OOB so I polished it up a bit and it really impressed me after that. It gets long before really turning the corner hard. It has 1 1/8oz of top and 1 oz of side so I am going to take it to someone with some MO experience and get the target wight hole done. So far so good. Here is a pic.

Big O

BTW, my pap used to be 5 5/8" over and 5/8" up with 16lb equipment. We freshly measured it and tested it with somme tape while I rolled my 15 lb spare ball and found a drastic change in my pap at 4 over and 5/8 down. Make sure your pap info is correct!!!!

Interesting.  Polished up, it almost looks like a pearl.  Did you have a big break in time since your last PAP measurement?  A one pound drop in weight won't do that by itself.  You must have changed your release since the last time you were measured.  Either that or the first time was done with a huge flaring ball.

S&A has Absolute Inferno coverstock = much less glossy ("rough buff'd") Intense Inferno coverstock.
