I was at the PBA Eastern Regional today in York, PA and decided to take a trip over to the Trade Show at Bowlers Supply. Every single staff and company were well represented and provided a ton of information, but non like the small booth in the back(which happened to be the diamond in the rough) which had Mo Pinel, and the rest of his staff there. A good friend of mine Joel who works with Morich as well as Jim Tomek and Mo himself provided me with a ton of info and we talked a ton about layouts, how versatile their stuff can be and even went through a rundown of some possibilities of balls for me. These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable, and intelligent. Thanks to Morich for their great customer service today and best of luck to your company in the future. You guys have a cult following in our area and have gained another Morich Supporter here. I can't wait until the rest of my stuff gets here, I'll be posting reviews and videos sometime this week!

They've responded to my calls with IMMEDIATE call backs and drilling suggestions were very well thought out and detailed on from email communications and came back in about 2 days.

I am suprised, normal turn around time on request by e-mail is less than 2 days.

I sent a drilling request form out on 8/12 and haven't heard back from them yet. I plan on calling tomorrow if I get home from work in time. Otherwise I'll have to wait until Monday, 8/22 to make the call. I'm in a bind for time though, I have a league starting next Saturday and I have three balls at the drillers waiting to get punched out.

Fred might be out of the office on business. He is usually very prompt with requests, as long as he is in the office to receive them. Post your specs on here and let us know what balls and rections you are looking for out of them. King of the Mill is awesome with MoRich and will be able to help you out.
