I'm thinking seriously about a double thumb drilling for my next ball, but was wondering about the effect on length.  Will it make a ball check up earlier?  My first thought was that it seems as though it should move more weight toward the fingers, which should increase the length, but was wondering what someone who has experience throwing a double thumb ball might think.  Thanks in advance.

I think in Mo's world, you can throw reactions based finger and thumb weight out the window. His is based more on how the removed weight affects the dynamics of the core's mass bias and overall differentials, both RG and intermediate.

Charlest is on-point with his accessment. Its more about core manipulation via x-hole location than finger and/or thumb weight. I have a LevRG drilled Double Thumb and find a similar reaction to a P3 x-hole but a later roll and added continuation through the pin deck. Great drill but IMO very condition specific.
