Hook and Finish
« on: November 15, 2007, 07:15:47 AM »
Hey guys I wanted to give a update on my Two Dual Angle Layout drillings. I have had my Awesome Hook Plugged and redrilled and my Awesome Finish done up with dual angle layouts

I will talk with Pro Shop guy Tim Tomorrow about the Angles in question both were done the same I belive 70 on one and something like 40 on the next but I am not sure. Essentially both were drilled for Control and Length.

Finish: Amazing ability to get down the lane, Just glides past the head of the lane even when they are bone dry very controllable at the break just what I wanted and the hitting power is the Mo usual. I used this ball on Two different patterns, the first was a Bone dry house pattern on Wood lanes and the next was a medium oil shot on Brunswick synthetics.

Hook: On the same two Conditions as mentioned above Had jaw dropping length (ball is Box finish) I though this one would burn out early on both patterns but not even close ball just walked past the heads revved up about 45 feet down the lane only maybe a foot or so earlier than Finish and made the same move to the pocket same hit and carry.

I was startinf my feet four boards farther left with Hook than Finish but throw almost the same line with same speed and rotation.

I will post more comprensive reviews after I have had more experience with them.
