Ok, so you are mildly speed dominant looking for a layout for the longer oil patterns. If you are familiar with the Dual Angle layout technique use a 10* first angle possibly 4 inch pin to pap, and then a 20* second angle (maybe with a hole down your VAL). This should get the ball stand up when it sees friction, which is usually needed for the longer oil patterns. Basically that layouts allows for the quickest transition from hook to roll if I have all my info correct. Hope that helps.
