Has anyone else drilled up and thrown the LevRG yet?  If so, what are your opinions of this ball.  What is your drill layout?

i drilled mine today with the super symetrical drill, at 70 degrees,, ball really rolls and hits the pins very hard,, its just a bit to aggressive in the mids so i hit it with a 2000 abrlon,, ball really comes alive even more, and reacts just like the one in the video

I also have the "Revs".  The "LevRG" is much more aggressive than the "Revs".  Both are great balls.

Do they compliment eachother or would they over lap?

I think they compliment each other very well.  The "LevRG" needs oil and is great for this condition but when the lanes break down the "Revs" would be a better choice.  I also have the "Awesome Finish" which works best on medium oil, drier conditions.

Just a comment...I have a tough time getting much out of knowing if a ball with a new core is strong or not when drilled with the Supersymmetrical layout.

My understanding is this drill takes out the effect of the VERY STRONG assymetry of the core of this new ball,  which is the key feature of this ball!

pin up, just a little to the right of ring, mb at 45 degrees
first time rolled tonight on scorpion.  180 (2 missed spares), 202 (one missed spare), 243 (clean).  played a relatively deep line and ball rolled up like it was a house shot.  very impressive.

Drilled one with the layout from the drill sheet.  Sharp break point for medium track players.  Straight out of the box, the ball was impressive for practice and 8 frames.  Would go down the lane and then make an impressive move at the break-point.  Lasted for about a game with the OOB finish.  After the 1st game the ball was burning a little early and then couldn't make the move on the back.  I don't hook the ball a lot, so moving in and trying to go around the pattern isn't a great option for me.  First impression--was WOW--I just need to not keep it in play all night.

Addition to the earlier post.  Took the surface of the LevRG up to 2000 and again I will say WOW!!!  The ball was good for almost all the 3 games in lge. play.  Went a few feet farther and then makes a move off the spot that is very strong.  Personally, will have a couple of these in my bag.
