Thanks everyone...you all have certainly given me shomething to think about.
"The C4 Reactive is not activator, i believe it is pk18 with some additives"...jeremyo316 are you sure?
I was of the impression that it was the activator coverstock. If you are correct, that explains a lot to me. I have a Morich TA and truthfully, I've never really warmed up to that ball. I was told it was the same as Brunswick's Ultimate Inferno but with a stronger core. However, it sure does not behave that way. I can't seem to get it to do much.
volsfan846...sounds like we have similar styles. My "go to" ball is my AI however, there are times when it does have some trouble. If I get into a situation with carrydown or a bit too much oil it can squirt a bit.
The UI is a good choice but, does not produce a pronounced snap. So, sometimes I have an in between shot where neither of them is producing consistent entry angle. The result, yup...a 10 pin. I tried a Morich TA but, I can't seem to figure out what that ball wants to do. My thought was that the TA would produce more of a snap but, it doesn't. It just sort of wiggles on the wet and hooks too early on the dry. Its drilled pin over ring with cg and mb kicked. The AI is drilled pin under ring and cg kicked with small flare increaseing weight hole. The UI drilled for heavy roll...pin under bridge CG kicked.
Second shift with carrydown and burnt heads/mids I have a difficult time lining up as well.
