Pin to VAL distance doesn't get a lot of talk here but I found from other companies drill sheets for their high mass bias, asymmetric balls, that Pin to VAL (also called PAL) was mentioned as a factor in back in action. When I sent in a request to Morich for a custom drill suggestion, for my WMB, one of the things that was mentioned in the follow up call was the Pin to VAL distance. They suggested I not put the Pin closer than about 2" from the VAL. The closer to the VAL, the sharper the BP, at least up to a point.
With that in mind, and I'm not an expert, I think, the High Track, Forward Roll drill, would be good for you but rotate the pattern around your PAP to put the Pin 1 3/4" to 2" from the VAL. (5x4 but the Pin may be more than 3 3/4" over the Midline) Pin will probably be above and right of your ring finger. Another possibility I see is an asymmetric flip drill, for me and my WMB on a specific lane condition that is, 4 1/4 x 5 1/4. My Pin is 2" from the VAL and I was surprised how angular this combination could make a dull 500 grit particle ball be but this could be to much for you as you are somewhat rev dominate.
