Awesome Finish Vs. Solid LevRG
« on: September 25, 2008, 02:12:21 AM »
Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has a Solid LevRG and an Awesome Finish.  If so, how do they compare?  I have a Finish drilled to go long and turn hard, but it isn't really all that aggressive at the breakpoint.  If I got a Solid LevRG drilled with the sharp breakpoint layout, would it be different enough from my Finish?  Thanks for any input.

Yes, they will be different from each other. I have both and love my Finish. that is usually the first ball out of my bag. if it goes too long, then I will try to LevRG. Depends on what I need.

But i think you will really like the way the LegRG reacts for you.

i concur with bowl119. i loved my finish and wish i hadn't given it up. i think it is closer to the solid levrg than the levrg but that is my uneducated opinion.

I have both but with drastically different layouts so I can't directly compare them. However I would suspect the Finish to be more angular at the breakpoint, when with the Solid drilled with the sharp breakpoint layout. It's a smooth ball.

Have you changed the surface on the Finish? OOB that ball was pretty shiny...
