That ball has the exact same core as the Ravage.  For the TA the differential was raised, the rg lowered and the spin time lowered slightly, from the Ravage core.  This piece however has the Ravage core unchanged.

Judging by the video, you can really open up the lane. It seems to have similar motion to the Seek & Destory for light conditions than what the S&D would need.
