Title: rev rate

Can anyone tell me the best way to figure out your rev rate and ball speed? Where I bowl they do not have a radar to tell you your ball speed. And I heard you can put a piece of tape on your track to find your rev rate but I don't see how that would help. I throw with alot of revs and pretty hard guessing around 20mph but would love to know both.Any ideas would be great thanks
