can someone recommend something for med and med -heavy lanes?

The Mayhem, if the pin is below the finger holes, and the MB kicked out toward the VAL, can be very arc-y, with the right release and the right oil pattern.
It is a pretty strong oiler, as is the older Colossus and Colossus SUpreme.

All 3 can handle heavier oil amounts.
