What do some of you guys think about the Awsome Flip? I got mine and it just seems playable on so many conditions with incredible carry%. Also does the Awsome finish play stronger in the back than the Flip.? The specs can be desiving sometimes....thx for info

The flip is probably stronger on the backend due to the pearlized coverstock. The Finish's oob polished surface is what may give it the appearance of having a stronger backend reaction, but I'm almost certain that with the same coverstock preparation, the flip will be longer with more backend and slightly less hook overall.

I havent tried the finnish but I have had the revs. I like the roll that I get much better with the flip. Its recovers from anywhere and I have thrown it on various conditions with ease. I dont know why there isnt more hype about the flip but is a great ball. I believe the finnish goes longer then the flip, yes. Another thing that I love about the flip is the carry, just amazing!

For me it was the awsome "arc", not a flip reaction at all. I had 2 of them with different drillings and I have thrown a third. None of them actually flipped. Of course, I dont need any help to get a ball to flip over. Mo cores are usually rolly for me though.

I have a S&A (same cover as AFlip) and an AFinish.
IMO, the AFlip reads the lane earlier than the AFinish - it has the more aggressive coverstock (Activator+ vs. PK18 solid). With polish, the AFinish gets well through the heads - better than the Flip. And due to its lower RG I have the impression that it revs up better in the back end. The Flip is a strong ball, but the Finish shows a more angular breakpoint (if that's possible at all!), and is better suited for lighter conditions than the Flip. IMHO, the Finish fits well below, condition-wise, and "above " the Sahara.

keep it coming guys anyone else? I just recently drilled a Afinish and it goes longer with less backend than my Aflip. Not exactly sure why but maybe I need to take it up to 4000 and repolish it. Also got the impression if I miss hit the Afinish it would do nothing. And the Aflip was a little more forgiving...

Threw 16 in a row in a tournament with my Awesome Finish grossed over a grand in prize money... Best medium ball I have ever tossed.

That's exactly what mine does for me, too (identical drill to my S&A & Sahara) - the AFi is surprisingly long and makes a sharp, late but small hook close to the pins - later than the S&A.
The AFi is IMO not the ball to create room unless the pattern is less than 35', but very impressive when it rolls properly. A true medium condition piece, and a great addition to MoRich's current line-up. I have mine at 1.500 plus polish now and think about a finer grit, too, just to see if it improves back end traction.
