It's a target weighthole.  After drilling, you reweigh it to find where the New C.G. is(where the C.G. moved to) and reduce the weight from there.  This one has a small 3/4 bit 3" deep at the spot of the new C.G pitched 1 1/4 inches to the right.  It breaks the tilt quicker for a stronger midlane and more predictable but strong motion on the backend.

Well that's I go by when Drilling MoRich balls with a target hole I just was told that where you are removing the weight from is actually the new location of the c.g since it moves after drilling.

I have the chart already, and use it, even for non assymetricals.  I have a pic of a Ricochet Rebound from my arsenal that has one here:

No, I didn't do anything except for a Pitch adjustment to the fingers, and taped the thumb.

I'm itching like crazy to drill up something else from Mo this week.  Pioneer, Hercules, Minotaur, Onslaught, Total Annihilation are all very very tempting right now.

Actually, the ball has a very light coat of Storm React-A-Shine on it.  The first two floor shots I was around 28 with the feet, the shot was a 42 ft crown of a house shot with about 8 games already bowled on them.

The last two shots were shot a different day on the same 42 ft crown, just freshly oiled with a ton of juice in the middle.  There I was about 16 with my feet on the shot from behind but I have a 4-5 board drift so I ended up around 20, trying to bump the track without going in the out of bounds.  The last shot I got pretty slow with it just so I could get a better entry angle(this was the last game).

there are 2 differences i noticed in the way your ball is drilled compared to mine 1st. your weight hole mine is 3.5 inches right of thumb and 6.5 inches from ring and your pin is above and to right of ring and mine is touching and underneath ring at 4 oclock ,would it be worth me redrilling mine to match this ball right now i have very little back end and even ledd of that hitting power i keep reading about

forgive me i typed faster than i was thinking. your pin is above and to the right and my pin is only about an inch lower touching my ring finger at about 4 :00 and my wt hole is at a point 3.5 inches from thumb and 6.5 inches from ring finger mass bias and cg are same or close or would just moving the wt. hole make a difference

I usually don't reccomend pin high drillings on the Vanguard core unless you have a higher revrate and need the added push.  This one has the pin 3 " above the midline for me and 4" to the PAP.  Even then, it's still not a hook machine in true oil.  I have 2 Phenoms set up that fit that slot for me but I'll be replacing them soon.

If you want to increase the backend, I'd really suggest getting a Shock and Awe, lol.  But if you want to MAKE this ball do something it's not really designed to do, you really can't.  You can't tame the beast, you can only modify it.  Even with this drill, this ball still has it's limitations.  It's not going to rip back from any angle, or cartwheel on the backend.  For me it's still very rolly and best played out outside angles and the track area.

In my next video I'll try to compare it side by side against some of my other balls.  Maybe early next week.
