LevRG line vs. other high end brands
« on: July 15, 2008, 08:44:13 AM »
How do you think the LevRG line compares against the other high performance brands on the market like the Break line, Agent Line, Fury Line, or NV line? Do you think it the LevRG line is better than/worse than or the same as the other lines? What if anything makes the LevRG line stand out?

(ON EDIT) I will finish what I started at work,  it is my belief that the MoRich stuff seems to be the hardest hitting and has the most hooking power as has been mentioned below, I will take MO's stuff against any companies and I believe it will compare as well if not better.

I can't speak for the lines you asked but the LevRg has been very impressive.if you can throw it hard enough it will carry.

The solid levrg and ezlevrg are awesome balls, the levrg and nsanelevrg are both good interested in the ntenselevrg but no hurry will wait for them to hit ebay cheap again.

The ezlevrg is an oversea's but my last two outings with it are 237 and 228, dang thing is plain crazy backend says hybrid on it but really pearly looking ball.

The LevRg's to me are stronger than the other stuff out there.  I'd also have to say that ball for ball, Morich is probably the best stuff that one can drill.  The problem that I have had is the variety of coverstocks that they present.  That pk18 base stuff is super strong and the activator, though weaker than most company's high end covers, is still a bit too strong for med/light type conditions.  I've personally never really liken the N'control, so they really don't make anything that I'd love on lighter volumes of oil.

It is true that their cores are really versitile and thus can cover alot of conditions, but I still like the latitude that a company with a full line of equipment presents.  Yes, I can drill a couple Solid LevRg's to cover med to hvy, but why not do it with a Total NV and a Gamebreaker?

As someone who has thrown some Storm, Roto Grip and Brunswick equipment over the past years, I can honestly say that my Solid LevRG, 'NSane LevRG and Solid LevRG are three of the best balls I have ever thrown.  Their versatility, consistency and hitting power are virtually unmatched by other equipment. Indeed, switching to MoRich was one of the best moves I ever made.  This equipment allows bowlers like me who don't have a lot of speed or hand to be more competitive.  I can in good confidence recommend the LevRG series to one and all.

in the past seasons, i've manage to try other high performance balls from other brands.  In fact, I still have some of them.  Near the end of last season, I picked up my N'Sane LevRG simply because it was time to try the new Morich line.  I've tried the Morich line before (Seek & Destroy, Ravage just to name a few) but I guess at the time, it wasn't the right balls for me.  I was recommended the N'Sane and when I threw it for the first time, All I could say was WOW.  Never have i had ball that is so versatile that even whe i throw it wrong (too wide) it would still fight back to the pocket.  The only other ball i have in comparison to versatility is my Orignal Inferno.  Since then, I have also picked up the LevRg and the Solid LevRg and i've been happier with my game.  Right now, I can say that by far it is the best line i've ever thrown ('cause it works for me).  I'm also the kind of guy who believs that you should not be putting all your eggs in one basket so time to time, i would still carry other high performance ball(s) when needed.  But since I've gotten my Solid LevRg 2 months ago, I only carry Morich every where I bowl.  I'm now more anxious to see what the N'Tense and Mohave will do.  I have recommended this line to my bowling colleagues and so far, they are very satisfied.

I expect you'll have biased answers asking this question in the MoRich forum ...
My Morich LevRG is just as good as any ball I have thrown, but it's fairy condition specific (towards heavier oil). It does hit hard, and has good continuation.
Is it better than all of the other lines? That answer may depend on how a certain ball and coverstock matches up with the bowlers style and lane conditions.

Interesting!

PS I know this...I have the Awesome Revs....it is one of the best balls I have ever thrown!  Covers a lot of conditions and has hook in all the right places and kills the pocket.....last years core but not that much weaker!
