Awesome hook or TSA

Guys which ball do you like better, the AWESOME HOOK or the TSA.  I have seen both of these balls in action and was impressed by both.  I seen a lefty throwing the TSA down and in with a lot of ball speed and just crushing the pocket.  I seen a right hand cranker throwing the HOOK and getting a strong mid-lane read and crushing the pocket.  Both of these balls were being thrown on tough lane conditions.  No walled up great walls!

The HOOK looked to have a strong mid-lane read and strong arc on the back end.  Not flippy at all.  The TSA seemed to be very strong in the mid-lane and have a strong arc as well.  Both balls seemed to be very similar but that's hard to tell with the different styles throwing them.

Hook will have more continuation downlane due to the endcaps on the Vanguard block. The TSA, as Mo even says, is a spinners dream as it starts up QUICK. TSA comes 400 grit out of the box and the Hook is 500 grit. I really don't think you could go wrong with either if these are the 2 you are going to pick something from!

Having thrown both I would say the TSA just because for me it was more of a controlled hook, sharp break point and when it hit, the pins were kept low and I sent messangers everywhere. In addition the cover is very easy to adjust IMO.

Chi, looking at your profile the Awsome Hook will be a better choice based on your specs unless, you are looking for a flood ball. The Hook will be more versatile but, the TSA will handle more more oil due to the core reving up the second it leaves you hand. The TSA is best for true floods, spinners, and VERY speed dominant players.

I've seen both balls, and man they both great.  But my friend throws a TSA, that ball is something else w/the carry, especially light hits.  It seems like if it just grazes the 1-3, the 7 and 5 go down every time.
