This one is a polished TS&A and his epic. Just a video we shot recently playing with my new camera that I got as an early Christmas present!

I dont know if it is just me but, I have polished 2 different Mo balls. The TSA and the Seek. I didnt make a whole lot of difference in reaction. I guess its becasue they are just so core strong?

I have one polished and one thats at the 400 grit. The 400 grit one is about 5-6 boards stronger. The backend movement is the same but the sanded starts earlier for me which gives it more time to cover alot of boards.

Yeah thats my friend throwing that, im not really compairing the two, I know the epic can't cut corners like my TS&A. The epic is just an oil monster that loves to roll not hook. I just didn't feel like doing two videos, had a lot going on when I was trying to edit them. But as far as it being on a THS, well we have limited access to a PBA shot, that league is over and won't be back up till jan. 14 but you have to think of it though, about 80% of people just bowl on a THS theres really not a lot that bowls that PBA lanes, at least around here. On this site just about everyone does though, but I just didn't have access to them because they won't just layout any patterns for people or anything, wish they would though

I love that though because once my sanded starts over reacting, I can switch to my polished and play the same exact line and keep consistent that way. I love them balls, probably my most favorite of all time.

Have you really only bowled for 2 years?  How have you progressed so far in that short amount of time?  I bowled with some people last year that were first year bowlers and they sure wouldn't be at the point you're at at this point.

Ball looks good though.

Yeah its just a THS so its not really hard, but I focus on bowling alot, I practice about 2 - 3 days out of the week and throw in a weekend tournament every other weekend. I watch alot of bowling stuff, get tips any where I can. The hardest part for most people to learn about bowling is following the oil as it moves and knowing what to do. I learned with a plastic ball which helps with being accurate. I usually don't miss single pin spares and used to be pretty decent at picking up splits but have lost focus on that and just worry about striking. I feel like my self, I should be farther along because if I ever want to try the PBA out I need to get a move on..lol

I'm not anywhere near being the best but I'm just at the THB avg of about 200. I really want to get up to about 240 then think about getting in a few regional tournaments.

I've bowled the PBA patterns before and it wasn't pretty...lol I have problems with being consistent because with those lanes if im off a board it doesn't strike, but its fun and challenging.

you cut it loose pretty well, but it does seem like you spray the ball a bit.  Its probably a result of being inside and having so much area.  People that have alot of area tend to be very good at maintaining speed and revs, but faulter when they need to maintain accuracy.  Pba patterns and sport shots are good for helping one with their accuracy, but just moving to an area on the lane where accuracy is at a premium can help alot also.  If you practice playing very direct from outside, or getting so far inside that you must keep the ball in or leave a washout, you may be able to perfect your accuracy.

The TSA looks good, and being polished, it is a great ball for a wide variety of shots.

Yeah I agree my accuracy can be a bit off sometimes but on a THS i usually just play area bowling. On a sport shot I tend to struggle the first game then once I find a good line I can usually shot around a 200+ but nothing too high. I just wish I had more chances to shoot on them. I think the league is starting up (pba experience) and I'm going to try and get a team up.

No, the elbow is bent holding the ball, then I push out and the arm stays straight and its straight from there until after my release. And yes I bowl with my thumb to help with being consistent because I tried the other way w/o and the ball would fall out of my hand and it just feels weird. My friend in the video throwing the Epic on the other hand doesn't use his thumb and he does quite well....just a matter of what you like but I think his shots are better when he does practice using his thumb, but just like for me not using my thumb, its the same awakward feeling for him to use his thumb.
