well i got a total... EDITED alittle

and i had it drilled very strange. it was from an idea of a customers of ours, he had a scorchin drilled similar and it was SICK, and i got this TSA for free from a friend that didint like it. well this is quite possibly the most forgiving ball i have ever thrown, and it hits like a freakin bus! i didint leave a single 7 pin all nite(3 games) i shot 704 w/o any practise at all, not the best score in the world but very good for no practise and first set. its not pin axis, my axis is actually on the yellow plug finger(top one). the ball is great, it isint the strongest layout, but i guess thats for the best, it will see the lanes alittle more lol. well i really like it and thought i would share, and i cant wait to see what it can do on next saturday morning for the first week of leauge

yea i agree with everything lol. somehow it works very well lol. and somehow i didint roll over any holes, mostly because it dosent really flare too much...

That makes me scratch my head even more. The Vanguard is a weird core indeed.

hey ill scratch my head all day, if it does what i think it will on a fresh shot... this could be a very good thing, i threw a few bad shots, and those are the only ones i payed for, every great, good, decent, and ok shots carried, thats all me or anyone can ask for. mind you this worked on a scorchin aswell, so if you have a ball that starts up early by nature that you have no use for i suggest trying it out, very impressive

No way in HELL would I ever reccomend that in an assymetrical for anyone.  If it works for you, more power to you LOL, but this is NOT a good idea.  As soon as that ball sniffs out some carrydown I'm sure you'll agree.

maby if it were pearl lol, but the cover itself, especially in 500 aberloin, eats carrydown for breakfast. in fact i was actually bowling on a little carrydown, by far not horrible, but it was noticable from watching my friend struggle with a pearl. thats why i say i cant wait to see what it will do on a fresh shot

It is your typical full roller drilling i think. I dont know the exact specs of it, but it looks alot like it.

Actually, that would be close to a full roller drilling for a right handed bowler, NOT a lefty. It's basically a pin on axis drilling. Should be very controllable.

im assuming pin on axis is different from pin axis? all the pin axis balls ive seen were pin on the axis(obviously)with the cg stacked...

How do you know it's a axis drilling without knowing his PAP? If that was an axis drill, his axis would be like 3" over and 1 1/2" down!

my axis is 4 7/8 over 0 up or down. and it is a very weak drill, as it hardly flares at all. my OI was actually playing a little stronger that day. it must save all its hooking power for the pins because holy crap, it throws pins like nothing i have ever seen! it would have been cool if there was anything left on the deck for them to hit, because every time all 10 down instantly and then at least 1-2 pins flyin over the place lookin for something to hit lol
