I'm looking at buying an awesome finish or a Sahara which one is smoother off the break I want a nice roll to the pocket

Sahara due to cleaner coverstock.

I can't speak for the Sahara but my Finish was fairly angular, even when dulled. I would recommend the Solid LevRg. That ball is the definition of smooth.
