Such huge pins on their newer balls? It looks like it is the size of a nickel.

Doesn't bother me... just wondering. I expected that answer, and it makes even more sense when you don't have any inserts in a ball...

Nope, just look at any ball from morich newer that the Onslaught...

Hello-When I was at the Morich/Track seminars and the on lane demonstrations it was very common for Del Warren and Mo to place a piece of white bowlers tape on the pin. This helped to watch the ball transition down the lane. Since you can not have the tape on the ball in any sactioned events Morich decided to enlarge their pins and make them a bright color to achieve this. I actually had a little trouble adjusting my eyes to this at 1st but now it just makes it much easier to read the balls reaction and the lane break down.

I wonder why do they want a tracer dot on the pin? Use to be you put a tracer on the beginning PAP ( and maybe one on the PAP of the roll.) and once in a while along piece of tape parallel to the grip.
