No way, that thing was more along the lines of 1200-1500 grit wetsand.  I can spot cover prep a mile away with accuracy.  Bogoshian's Big Bully was more along the lines of 600-800(I'd lean on 800).

This from the MoRich website:

The televised winning Ravage was drilled 5 x 2-1/2, the pin was 1-1/2 above the midline, and the surface was 2000 wet sanded.

Take care....JS

Beautiful high revving core everywhere I see it and in every cover!

Looked almost rolled out thru whole game yet still managed to carry most!

just chatted with king of the mill quickly and that is a forward roll type drill and .....most of you know this...but the 5 x 2 1/2 ...the 2 1/2 isn't the CG distance to pap...it's the mass bias distance to pap....so it's out by the val if not on or just past....

And for those of us who do not have a clue what this means, can it be translated? LOL!

When you've moved up, moved back, adjusted left and right, cupped, flattened out, have thrown everyting in your arsenal, and the pins still don't cooperate, just say, "Aw to HELL with it!", and throw the ball!

shoutout...in most layouts that are 4x3, 5x4, etc, etc...it's the pin to positive axis point (pap) x cg to pap,.....with MoRich layouts the second number is the mass bias to pap...that's all.......

Thanks Jeff. Still learning this PAP/CG/MB thing. If I had the diagram in front of me I'd have a better understanding. Thanks again.

I predict MoRich sales will go up by at least 25% in the upcoming weeks (that ball looked sick!). I was surprised to see Bogoshian not being able to adjust or at least switch to a regular Bully... or something. Oh well... Congrats Danny!

A ball switch was not what Brian needed.  Much like Patrick Allen in the final game against Wiseman, Brian simply failed to execute.  He would tug one shot through the beak, and follow it up with a decent shot.  Followed again by a poor effort.  He was lined up in practice and it looked like he simply failed to put a good shot down when he needed to.  I'm not certain a regular Bully would have been able to climb the hill from the outside the way the Big Bully did.   He would have had to switched to a fairly strong finishing Bully to get the job done.

His 2nd 10-pin leave was flat (he even muttered something to that effect) but it looked like he pulled it in and came up the back.

after seeing the ravage, i DEFINATELY have to get something from Mo down the line. maybe if he puts out a strong solid reactive down the line i'll pick one up, because i'm still having absolutely no luck with my vicious attack...

HB,

you can order your solid reactive Total Annihilation now, operators are standing by .
