Drilled a Tribal a couple weeks ago, it almost paid for itself. Drilled a Covert Revolt on Tuesday, and yesterday at a sweeper, it paid for both balls, my entry, and then some. It was 5 games of qualifying, cut to the top 32, then double elimination bracket, all scratch. I qualified 11th, won my first bracket match, then lost the next one (to a friend who some idiot pissed off with a smart ass comment in the first round, then I had to suffer the consequences, lol), then I won the rest of my matches in the losers bracket. 15 games over 6 1/2 hours, and I was so gassed at the end that I didn't have it in me to beat the winner of the winners bracket 2 games, so I ultimately finished 2nd.
Used the Revolt all day with the exception of about a half game with the Tribal. When the lanes got really burnt on the outside, I was able to play a tight line with the Revolt, and nobody else had the same area of the lane I did. They couldn't get the roll and move on the back through the middle like I could, but couldn't get it down the lane if they played more angle. I also threw a lot of good shots . . but having reaction you're confident in makes that SO much easier.
