Cruel C51 LE

 I just purchased a cruel c51 LE and I know the oob says it's 2000 wetsand w/polish, but why is it so dull looking?

I have two LE's along with a NIB Cruel 51, and the 51 appears to have more shine then the LE. I have drilled one LE so far and it's a ball that needs oil. I will get a chance to try it on a little heavier oiled shot Thursday before more then likely adding some much needed polish to this ball. Not sure about the power gel polish they list in the factory finish, but mine did not appear to have any.
