I recently started using Motiv earlier in the summer and have been impressed with them. This comes from someone who has been throwing Storm/Roto Grip almost exclusively for the past few seasons. Motiv has a great top to bottom lineup and covers virtually any type of motion that you'd be looking for.
Based on your stats and the options you gave, I'd lean more towards the Covert Revolt/Octane. The Covert Revolt is plenty of ball for the majority of house patterns and can be used on medium-heavy sport shots as well. The nice thing about it is that the Revolt allows you to chase the oil and it's very smooth overall. I've noticed this on multiple patterns I've played on and it will work for all styles.
The Cruel Intent would basically be 1 step above the Revolt, being a heavy oil pearl. Unless you're bowling on the soup or want something where you want to move in deep and open up the lane/have something more angular downlane, go with the Revolt.
The Octane is a good hybrid that recently came out. I have seen some review videos and it is definitely a skid/flip piece. It works well when you still have a little bit of volume but when you need something to have a lot of length but give a ton of backend.
One alternative if you are not looking for skid/flip is the Sigma Sting. It's a pearl cover but has proven to be extremely versatile on virtually all medium patterns. It's so good that I rate it in the top 3 balls I have ever thrown. The Sting is a true benchmark ball, but it allows you to play virtually any angle successfully. I find it to be a great step down from the Revolt as well but something that will react a little sooner and more even compared to the Octane.
In either scenario, the Revolt/Octane or Revolt/Sting are a great combo. It'll just depend if you want true skid/flip (Octane) or more versatility/hard arc reaction (Sting).
