GX1
« on: October 07, 2011, 12:17:02 AM »
I was looking on the approved ball list and saw that one of Motiv's first balls was the GX1. Does anyone have any information on this ball?

I'm in the process of trying to find out where I fit in the bowling world. I do not know my tech specs of my game, but it's all a learning process.

Actually, the ball never got fully released to the public for some reason. Not sure if Motiv will have another ball out before the end of the year. Only one thing that's missing is a pearl skid/flip ball.

The GX1 was to be launched with the SX1 and TX1, featuring gear core and pearl Motivator X cover.  They made USBC samples and then decided to hold back and release the GT1 after a cover change.

thanks Justin.

A buddy of mine gave me his GT1 a few months back. I need to get it fixed up for myself.

I was just curious because I saw it on the approved ball list but never saw anything of it. Obviously it was approved, but were there any major reasons as to why they held back. Or was it because they wanted to just keep it a 1-2 punch at initial launch?
