Sigma Tour
« on: March 05, 2016, 07:34:03 PM »
Wasn't sure if anyone has asked this yet so I'll go ahead and throw it up here.  My girlfriend's Sigma Tour cracked and I was wondering if there is anything in the present Motiv line-up that is similar.  Suggestions on other brands are welcome as well.

For the current line, I'd either check out the Forza (solid) or the Venom Shock.  Both balls are versatile and you'll get a smooth motion with a continuous backend that is similar.  The main difference is that the Forza will handle a little more volume.  However, the Shock can do the same with surface changes or adjustments to the layout.
Current Ball Arsenal
Heavy:
MOTIV Jackal Legacy
MOTIV Mythic Jackal

Med-Heavy:
MOTIV Trident Odyssey
MOTIV Forge Fire
MOTIV Covert Revolt

Medium:
MOTIV VIP ExJ Sigma
MOTIV Sigma Sting
MOTIV Pride Solid

Medium-Light
MOTIV Venom Shock
MOTIV Tribal Fire

The forza is much earlier and stronger than the Tour. Your best option would be a Venom Shock, but it will be also more responsive down lane than your Tour, but lengthwise and motion wise they are similar.

They're due for a new sigma ball...I thought everyone really liked the last 2, tour & sting.  You'd think they'd keep one around like they do with the venom.
In the bag [Infinite Physix, Volatility Torque, Night Road, Phaze III, Burner Solid, Hustle AU]
*Now Testing* IQ Ruby, Renevant, another IQ Tour solid
Coming soon...???

put the Venom Shock cover on the Sigma Core. Call it the Sigma Shock. Game over.

I'll take two of those to start...
"If guns kill people, do pencils misspell words?"

"If you don't stand for our flag, then don't expect me to give a damn about your feelings."
